 Our organization was founded on a deeply personal journey of overcoming adversity. Our founder knows firsthand the struggle of navigating through life's darkest moments, from enduring trauma and loss to finding the strength to rebuild. This experience ignited a passion to help others who are facing similar battles, leading to the creation of a space where healing, growth, and resilience are at the forefront.Founded in 2017, Resilience Rebirth formerly known as "The 3h that inspires" has been serving youths, widows and other vulnerable population for over 7 years.

  Olivia Etondi, our Chief Executive Officer, exemplifies compassion, intelligence, and care in every facet of her leadership. Earning her Doctor of Pharmacy by the age of 25, Olivia combines her deep expertise with five years of invaluable experience in the community health sector. Her strategic insights and compassionate nature guide our organization toward meaningful and impactful initiatives.

Beyond her role in our NGO, Olivia is the founder of "Esthers of Our Time," a transformative platform dedicated to helping and encouraging young women to discover their identity and live purposeful lives. Her commitment to empowering others and nurturing their potential is a testament to her selfless and visionary nature.

Having served as a choir leader for over four years, Olivia continues to inspire through song as a choir member at her local church, where her voice is a beacon of hope and encouragement. Her sacrificial spirit and dedication to helping those in need make her an extraordinary leader and a source of inspiration for all who are fortunate to cross her path. Olivia's unwavering passion for service and her drive to uplift the community shine brightly, guiding our organization’s mission and making a profound impact on every life she touches.

  Jesse Fon, our dynamic Chief Operations Officer, is a dedicated advocate for community service and technological innovation. Armed with a bachelor's degree in cloud computing, Jesse blends his technical expertise with a genuine passion for helping others.
